I earned my license to practice Massage Therapy in Ontario in 1989 after experiencing a mid-life change of career heart. In Massage Therapy I believe I have found my true calling. The Oakville Massage and Wellness Centre, where I currently practice, is a multi-disciplinary health centre. You can come to me for all of your massage therapy needs. Whether you are feeling the effects of too much stress in your life or have hurt yourself exercising or gardening, or have simply woken up in the morning with a stiff neck I can help.

I use techniques based on Swedish massage as do all registered massage therapists in Ontario. Our training in muscle pathologies is extensive and we are required to take continuing education courses every year as part of our licencing.

I can work on all ages and currently have clients from 10 to 80 years of age. I have worked in chiropractic clinics, wellness centres, spas and taught massage therapy for two years.
