If there’s a snowstorm on Friday, should we cancel the meeting? Please comment.

Looks like we should be OK – let’s party!

I agree, if there is a storm we should cancel. Do we have a meeting date chosen for January yet?

Grace Attard December 17, 2008

I absolutely agree we should cancel should there be a storm although I really hope not – I am really looking forward to our gift exchange :) Our next meeting in January is scheduled for the second Friday, January 9th.

Trevor Folgering December 17, 2008

I would hope there is still one, I have a gift for everyone! :)

I would sure miss seeing everyone if there were.

If there is a cancellation please let me know

Thanks!

Julie Boyer December 17, 2008

agreed but would be sad because I have a great gift !!! How about a phone tree or something to connect with those planning to attend?

Mukesh Tanna December 17, 2008

Agreed. Was looking forward to my second meeting. The first meeting was a pleasant surprise.

Monica Rolling December 17, 2008

The phone tree is a good idea, so we know for sure!

sona khanna December 17, 2008

Agreed. was looking forward to having fun!!!

I’d say if there’s more than 10 cm of snow and it’s still falling, I’m not coming.

Daniel Durst December 18, 2008

I’ll be there …. unless it is cancelled. Let me know, Dan.

Donna December 18, 2008

I would agree that we cancel if theres a storm. Its supposed to start at 7 and get really heavy around 9 but there’s also a slight chance that it may not even affect us that much at all. Who should we call to know if its cancelled?

Check this page on Friday at 8 am for the update. If there’s more than 10 cm of snow on the ground and it’s still coming down, I’d suggest we cancel.

Just a thought, why don’t we leave ti to Boris to decide and he can send out an email in the morning to let us all know say by 8:00??

We can always still do the “gift exchange” In Jan!!

It will give us something to look forward to in the new year??!!

Kim :)

Kim Rideout December 18, 2008

sounds good Boris… If it’s bad out it would be fun to have a party in Jan anyway esp since there are quite a few that couldn’t make it to this one anyway!!

Kim :)

I think a party in January sounds, great! and a good way to start the year.

Looks like we should be OK – let’s party!
